What we're looking for 3+ years of experience in product management or similar experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech

Proven experience building and managing online communities, preferably within startups, SaaS, or the venture ecosystem Experience sourcing and implementing community platforms Experience running webinars, AMAs, office hours, and user meetups AI fluent and AI curious; comfortable using AI tools to build demos, mockups, and experiments quickly Comfortable demoing software live Able to translate ambiguous or messy feedback into structured product insights Thinks in systems and outcomes, not just engagement metrics Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from zero Scrappy, hands-on, and execution-oriented Naturally connects community efforts to business impact
