We'll show you how to maximize Zillow's live tour requests to accelerate your business expansion. The proof is in the numbers – our team members regularly reach the remarkable benchmark of closing 2-3 transactions monthly during their initial 90 days with us, all driven by our superior leads and exceptional training.

Our onboarding and training approach is unmatched throughout the industry. Your initial 5 days with our team will be an exciting, immersive experience. You'll develop a focused skillset, from perfecting lead conversion methods to delivering exceptional buyer/seller presentations and mastering contract execution. Our objective? To position you for showing homes and completing transactions as quickly as possible.

Here's what we need from our team members:
• An enthusiasm for assisting sellers and buyers throughout residential real estate deals
• Expertise in preparing residential purchase agreements and listing agreements
• Ability to perform comprehensive property assessments to establish accurate property values
• A dedication to being accessible and attentive to clients' requirements
• Consistency in maintaining all systems and CRM platforms updated with data from our channel partners, including Zillow
