Location: Local partner schoolsSchedule: 1--4 hours per week (after school)Program Length: Typically 10 weeksStart Dates: Programs launch throughout the school yearCompensation: $50+ per instructional hour, flexible based on assignment and instructor experienceTeach engaging enrichment classes that help students explore new interests and build real skills.Concorde Education partners with schools to provide high-quality after-school programs led by passionate instructors. In this role, you will lead structured, hands-on sessions that encourage confidence, teamwork, and healthy movement.Lead fun, active after-school sports and fitness activities for students in a flexible, part-time role. Classes typically meet once per week for about one hour, though some instructors choose to teach multiple programs per week depending on their availability.Concorde Education is hiring engaging instructors to lead enrichment classes that help students build coordination, strength, confidence, and healthy movement habits.Instructors lead structured enrichment lessons using weekly plans while adapting activities to the needs and interests of the students.Possible Class TopicsAssignments vary by school and may include:Introductory sports such as volleyball, basketball, soccer, or similar team sportsYoga, stretching, and mindfulness through movementGeneral fitness and movement activitiesCardio games and team-based fitness challengesStrength, endurance, and coordination activitiesBodyweight exercises and movement circuitsTeam-building activities through sports and movementResponsibilitiesLead engaging after-school sessions for studentsFacilitate active, hands-on participation in sports and fitness activitiesMaintain a positive, structured classroom environmentCoordinate with school staff and Concorde program contactsQualificationsMinimum 60 college credits completedExperience leading sports, fitness activities, coaching, or youth physical activity programsExperience working with youth (schools, camps, sports programs, or after-school settings)Strong communication and group facilitation skillsReliable, punctual, and professionalWho This Role Is Great ForMany of our instructors are:Current or former teachers and educatorsCollege or graduate students studying education, kinesiology, sports science, or healthCoaches, trainers, or fitness instructors who enjoy working with youthAthletes or movement specialists who enjoy mentoring studentsCamp counselors, youth sports coaches, and activity leaders
