**Small Business Account Executive**

**Cloud Software Solution Sales**

**Location: Hybrid office at Coppell, TX Tuesdays and Wednesdays**

Korn Ferry has partnered with a **global $1B+ tax and accounting software provider** to identify high-performing sales professionals for a fast growing sales organization.

This opportunity is designed to attract both experienced Inside Sales Representatives and more senior-level sales professionals. Final leveling will depend on experience, sales track record, and overall fit.

**Responsibilities**

* Drive new business growth to smaller accounting firms within an assigned territory
* Prospect, qualify, and develop sales opportunities
* Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs
* Position cloud-based software solutions using a consultative sales approach
* Deliver virtual product presentations, proposals, and pricing recommendations
* Maintain pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and CRM documentation
* Collaborate with internal teams to support a strong customer experience
* Consistently meet or exceed activity and revenue goals

**Qualifications**

* Experience in B2B inside sales, software/SaaS sales, or solution sales
* Demonstrated success carrying quota and closing new business
* Strong communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills
* Ability to balance high activity levels with thoughtful opportunity management
* Experience using CRM tools and managing forecast accuracy
* Background in tax, accounting, financial software, or workflow-driven solutions is a plus
