Licensed Commercial Plumber
Job Title: Licensed Journeyman Plumber (MedGas Endorsed Preferred) / Apprentice Plumber
Location: DFW Metroplex (Commercial & Industrial New Construction Job Sites)
Pay Range (based on experience):
• Apprentice Plumber: $23–$30/hour
• Licensed Journeyman Plumber: $30–$38/hour
• MedGas-Endorsed Journeyman Plumber: $38–$45/hour
We are hiring Apprentice Plumbers and Licensed Journeyman Plumbers for long-term commercial and industrial new construction projects across the DFW area. Candidates with a valid MedGas endorsement are strongly preferred and will be prioritized for healthcare-related work. This role is not for service plumbers—only applicants with commercial/industrial new construction experience will be considered.
Responsibilities:
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems on commercial and industrial new construction job sites
• Interpret blueprints and building specifications to determine layout and installation needs
• Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades to stay on schedule
• Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, safety regulations, and jobsite standards
• MedGas plumbers will install and test medical gas systems per NFPA 99 and other relevant codes
Requirements:
• Journeyman roles: Active Texas Journeyman Plumbing License
• MedGas roles: Valid MedGas Endorsement
• Apprentice roles: Prior commercial/industrial construction exposure preferred; must be able to work in active construction environments
• 3+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction plumbing (Journeyman/MedGas roles)
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, safety standards, and installation practices
• Reliable transportation to travel to job sites throughout the DFW Metroplex
• Must not be limited to service-only experience
