With over 500 locations worldwide, we are a global leader in safety and specialty services, driven by entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to excellence.** **Job Title: Senior Administrative Assistant** **Location: New Brighton, MN - onsite** We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to provide executive-level support to senior leaders and ensure the smooth operation of daily administrative functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and has extensive experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a collaborative mindset to ensure the efficient execution of projects and tasks.

**What You Will Do**

* Provide high-level administrative assistance to senior leadership.
* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and proactively handle scheduling conflicts for seamless execution of daily operations.
* Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other professional documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Arrange and facilitate logistics for meetings, conferences, and workshops, including preparing materials and coordinating with participants.
* Take meeting minutes, track actionable items, and follow up as required to ensure timely completion.
* Assist in planning, tracking, and organizing projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
* Monitor deadlines and ensure deliverables are met, providing support in resolving challenges when necessary.
* Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, for executives and senior staff.
* Accurately prepare and manage expense reports in compliance with company policies.
* Act as a professional liaison between internal departments, external clients, and senior staff, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
* Manage inquiries and resolve issues proactively, ensuring excellent service delivery.

**Basic Requirements**

* 7+ years of proven experience in an administrative assistant role, preferably supporting executives or senior leaders in a fast-paced corporate environment.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
* Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment and discretion with confidential information.

**Benefits And Compensation** This role will be based out of our **New Brighton office** . The pay range is **$29 - $44/hr** , depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.
