Plumbums LLC is a growing, family-owned plumbing company based in Connecticut. We're currently hiring a P2 Licensed Plumber to join our close-knit team. If you’re tired of sales quotas, micromanagement, or being just another number—this is the job for you.

What We Offer
• $30–$50/hour depending on experience
• $2,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days
• Healthcare benefits available
• 401(k) with employer contribution
• CEU & license renewal reimbursement
• Power tools, blades, bits, and specialty equipment provided
• Uniforms provided (coming soon)
• Company vehicle & fuel (take-home for qualifying employees)
• Paid time off and paid holidays
• 1 week/month paid emergency on-call rotation
• Honest, respectful environment with zero sales pressure

Responsibilities
• Residential and light commercial plumbing service
• Emergency service calls (one week per month)
• Installation, diagnostics, repairs, and code-compliant plumbing
• Communicate clearly with customers and team
• Use mobile app or phone for job documentation

Requirements
• Valid P2 license (Connecticut)
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Ability to work independently and professionally
• Basic hand tools (all other tools & supplies provided)
• Strong work ethic and team-first attitude

What We Don’t Do
• No commission
• No upselling quotas
• No unnecessary stress or micromanagement
